Weight Training

 

 This class is designed to use the force of gravity in the form of your own body weight, barbells, dumbbells, and weight machines to develop strength, size and tone of skeletal muscles. This is a slow paced class focusing on form, introduction to weight training and gym equipment for those who have not used this form of exercise previously.
